Voices of Mentemia

A growing collection of experts, advocates and activists who passionately support our mission to help millions of people with their mental wellbeing.

The power of voices.

Voices inspire, provoke thought, and help spark change.

People and their experiences are diverse, and wellbeing initiatives should reflect that.

Hearing from speakers of different ages, genders, ethnicities and social backgrounds helps to broaden our point of view and challenge our thinking.

It also helps people feel their own experiences are seen and heard.

That’s why we created Voices of Mentemia.

These individuals have been handpicked for the depth and richness they add to our eco-system.

They contribute through interviews, videos, and articles in our app, to engaging webinars and speaking sessions for workplaces using Mentemia.

Meet the voices.
