ENJOY with The Eggplant Boys

Instagram duo, Charlie and Seymore AKA The Eggplant Boys will be joining Sir JK on Thursday to share just how simple it is to enjoy, with cool vibes and delicious kai in the kitchen!

What will be covered in this session:

Self-care is a major component of keeping our wellbeing in check, and that includes making time for fun. Doing the things we love and enjoy each day can help us feel happier and become more resilient to the challenges life can throw at us. In this session, Charlie and Seymore will have a kōrero with Sir John Kirwan about how to use enjoyment as a tool to help us cope better and bounce back quicker from stress.

Charlie and Seymore will share how they use the kitchen to express their love and passion for cooking and the different ways they use kai as their secret ingredient to bring people together. A kōrero packed full of goodness, and not to be missed!
