MOVE with Nats Levi

Start your MHAW off on the right foot with fitness guru Nats Levi. Sir JK and Nats will be discussing the MOVE pillar and providing ways to include a bit of movement in your every day. There’s nothing quite like those post-workout endorphins!

TRIGGER WARNING: This webinar mentions eating disorders. Listener discretion is advised.

What will be covered in this session:

Join the kōrero with health and fitness guru, Nats Levi, and Sir John Kirwan where they’ll chat about the importance of creating movement in your day to get those feel-good hormones moving through your body. When we keep active each day, we can start to really feel the benefits both physically and mentally.

Nats will share what these benefits are, how our modern lifestyles can impact our mental wellbeing, what we can do to make movement a part of our day, including exercise ideas we can try at home, and how adding just a little bit of movement into our routine can make a big difference to how we feel.
