How to link your Mentemia account to your workplace or provider
For employees of workplaces with Mentemia.
Link up your Mentemia account to unlock new and exciting features in the app!
If your workplace has gifted you a Mentemia Plus or Premium subscription, it’s super easy to link up your personal Mentemia account.
Not only are you able to unlock new and exciting features and content with the plan that your employer is on, but they get benefits too.
Where and how can I set-up my Mentemia @work account?
First off, you’ll want to open up your Mentemia app.
From there, navigate to the ‘Me’ tab and go into the ‘Account’ section by scrolling across the options at the top of your screen.
Then, at the top of the ‘Account’ page, you will see a ‘Mentemia @work’ title and a button underneath that reads ‘Tap to set @work details’.
If your email address has a green tick next to it, then you’re all good to go! If not, we can help with that. Simply click the pencil on the right-hand side of your email address to edit.
This will take you to a new screen where you can enter your work email address.
If you don’t have a work email address, you can enter your personal email or alternatively, where you work. Otherwise, click ‘Update’ to continue.
You will then need to confirm your email with a 6 digit code. Jump over to your emails to check for it.
Once you have entered your code, click ‘Confirm’ and you’re almost there. Just click ‘Confirm’ to confirm your agreement to data changes.
Don’t worry, you’re not signing your life away! This is just allowing your workplace admin to see some of your app activity, such as the tools or content you (anonymously) use and how often.
Congratulations! You’ve linked your Mentemia account with your workplace.
You’ll then be taken back to your ‘Account’ page where a green tick should appear next to your new @work email address.
You can manage your @work subscription at any time by navigating to your ‘Account’ and clicking the pencil button to edit.
If you change jobs, your Mentemia @work account can move with you. Or, if you’re just taking a break, you can pause Mentemia @work at any time, and be moved back to our Starter version for free.
